We would like to break into the Casino work force but find it an awesome challenge to survive the sometimes ridiculous, but always formidable human resource people that all the businesses in Vegas seem to rely on to tell them who will be the best people for the many jobs that are available. I don't have a clue what they are looking for. We are in our fifties and have a strong work ethic and are ready, willing and very able to go to work immediately, but it seems that we lack the vital ingredient ---????---- that these resource people are looking for. I guess maybe you just have to keep perserving or hope to meet the right person or persons that can pull the proverbial strings for us. Anyone have any ideas on this matter, we would like to hear from you. Great news . . . I have secured a job at the soon to open Venetian. This will be the biggest and best casino resort in the world.
